Katharine York Owner Katharine is owner of the company. Katharine works full time for the local police department as a dispatcher but still helps oversee the operations of the company.

Daniel Fahey Sales Manager Dan has over 20 years of management and customer service experience and plays a critical role in the operations of our company. His experience as a landlord and property manager has given him a unique perspective and has proven to be an asset to our clients.

Robin is our office manager. She brings 22 years of experience in management, customer service, human resources and training from Hannaford Supermarkets. She is certified to teach K – 8 here in Maine and earned her Master’s degree in Training Development from the University of Southern Maine. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the USM Alumni Board and spends her spare time (what little she has) coaching travel soccer. We are glad to have her on our team.

Robert York General Manager Robert has several years experience in management and sales. He is currently pursuing his degree in business. He also has extensive experience as a landlord and property manager. Robert holds many certifications and is uniquely qualified to handle water & mold damage situations. Robert is a Maine licensed master pesticide applicator, certified in applied microbial remediation, water damage restoration, carpet cleaning , fire & smoke damage & applied structural drying. Robert oversees all of the company operations and is a driving force in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Heather is one of those people you can count on for any task. As a disaster restoration project manager Heather brings extensive experience as a water/fire damage expert. Her great attitude, customer service skills & ability to communicate make her invaluable. She really is “one of those people” that make an organization great

Will Will is our companies MVP. He can do it all! As an experienced water damage tech, mold tech, fire restoration tech and carpet cleaning tech, Will is very well rounded an an invaluable asset to our team.

Scott Fone Head Supervisor Scott is one of those guys who is always there when you need him. A true asset to our company. Scott has many years of experience in sales, production and management. Scott attended Northeastern university for his degree in economics and Southern NH University for his masters in business. His knowledge, positive attitude and energy have been a welcome force in our company.

Kathy is one of best cleaning technicians. She brings a great attitude, great work ethic and makes the company a better place to work.
